Andresa Guidelli
Investor & Licensed Real Estate Agent
Andresa was born and raised in Brazil and now calls Wyndmoor, PA home. She is a developer who specializes in full gut renovation projects, new construction and is currently focusing on building medium to larger commercial developments. She owns a rental portfolio, comprising both long- and short-term rentals. Andresa is also the co-founder of The Real Estate InvestHER® community, a platform to empower women to live a financially free and balanced life through both in person meetings across the US and Canada and an on-line membership that offers accountability and mentorship for women to take their business to the next level on their own terms. The InvestHER® community was recently featured in the New York Times article, "Investing in Real Estate as Self-Care." She is also the co-host of the “The Real Estate InvestHER Show,” a podcast providing straight talk strategies along with inspiration from successful women who share their journey.
Tessa Schaaf Tarlow
Investor
No stranger to “getting things done,” Tessa has a digital marketing, operations and project management background working in Tech For the past 5 years to present. She is also part of The Real Estate InvestHER® community team focusing on operations. Based in Cranford, NJ, Tessa self-manages her long-term rental.

Holly is a Licensed REALTOR®, investor and developer with over a decade of experience in real estate. She has extensive expertise in residential, new construction, land, and investment transactions and has received the Five Star Professional Award for Real Estate Agents every year since 2017. Based in Wyndmoor, PA, Holly has completed over 100 flips and self-manages a portfolio of high quality and affordable long-term rentals.
